Program Overview: KRLON’s Coordination Program focuses on enhancing coordination among community-based organizations (CBOs) within Kyaka II Refugee Settlement and the host community. The program fosters collaboration and joint initiatives to address the needs of forcibly displaced populations.
Objectives:
- Strengthen Coordination: KRLON enhances coordination among CBOs, promoting collaboration and joint initiatives to address the needs of forcibly displaced populations.
- Promote Partnerships: The program facilitates partnerships between CBOs, Refugee-led Organizations (RLOs), organizations led by Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), stateless people, and other stakeholders to address the needs and challenges faced by affected communities.
Activities:
- Organizing regular meetings and forums for CBOs and stakeholders to share information and coordinate efforts.
- Facilitating joint initiatives and projects among CBOs and stakeholders to address common challenges.
- Providing training and capacity building opportunities to enhance coordination skills among CBOs.
- Establishing communication channels for information sharing and collaboration.
